The Criterion Collection: Irma Vep

Design and illustration for the packaging of Criterion’s release of the 1996 alt classic, Irma Vep, by director Olivier Assayas. I wanted to capture the grittiness and collage nature of the film along with the best parts of the alternative print culture of the mid-90s a la Raygun magazine. The cover features custom lettering created with pastels and the head of a screw.
